Has a degree in Law by the Abat Oliba University.
Completed a postgraduate studies in Financial and Tax management of sporting entities in Universidad de Barcelona.
After being the Head of the Sports Law Department in JAUSAS, incorporates in 2001 PREMIUM SPORTS LEGAL providing since then legal advice in the sports contract field (labor, image, sponsoring of professionals, marketing, economic rights, etc.) both to companies and individuals. She acts in lawsuits and arbitrations with FIFA, TAS-CAS and national institutions relating to sports or commercial sports matters. She has given conference speeches and symposia on sports law, as well as being a professor in the Psychological Master’s applied in sports in Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos de Cataluña.
In 2001, she has been a member in the negotiation committee of UCI ProTour – UCI- Tour of France, Vuelta Ciclista de España, Giro de Italia.
In 2003, she has been a member of the organizing committee of the Sport Congress Barcelona.
In 2008 she has received the Award of Business Excellence.
In 2011 she was designated a Senator of the Catalan Parliament, combining her post with the appropriate functions as a Member of the Council of Europe.
She has Spanish, Catalan, English and French as working languages.
